Installation

Bathroom Magic can supply your bathroom on a supply only basis – for you to fit yourself, or we can recommend one of our approved installers to fit your new bathroom. Alternatively, the company offers a full design, supply and installation service. After an initial visit to the showroom by yourself we will arrange a site visit to your home to conduct a survey and discuss your requirements. We will then produce a design based on your requirements and the room survey and post you a preliminary quotation with an invitation to re- visit the showroom to fine tune the design and products. When the design is finalised a fitting date is agreed and your bathroom installation is booked.

All company fitters are carefully selected for their high standard of workmanship and reliability and will treat your home with the care and courtesy that you deserve. All installations are completed in agreed time frames and, of course, are fully insured. Ask for full details and prices of our comprehensive installation service.

The Guild’s stringent entry criteria ensure that only those companies who meet the requirements are awarded membership, which is by no means automatic.

Members are required to prove that they have earned the right to be called master craftsmen - through the quality of their work, their commitment to customer care and the level of service they provide. Once accepted into membership they are required to maintain the Aims and Objectives of the Guild. Should they fail to do so their membership will be terminated.

Whilst The Guild is not a consumer organisation it is committed to pursue the interests of the consumer through careful membership selection and its proven procedure for conciliation and mediation, in the unlikely event there is a dispute with a member.
